Fr. Wojciech CICHOSZ: a assistant professor of Catholic Theology (University of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński in Warsaw), a doctor of humanities specializing in education (University of Gdańsk). He was born on 20th January, 1968. He completed the Gdańsk Seminary for the Priesthood. In 1993, he was ordained. From 1997-2000, he continued his education specializing in a doctorate in education at the Institute of Education at Gdańsk University. In 2003, he started studying Apostolic Theology at the University of Cardinal Wyszyński in Warsaw. He was awarded a doctorate in 2005.
At the present, he is the headmaster of a middle and secondary school in Gdynia called John Paul II. He is also very engaged in further education work: he lectures in an introduction to learning (methodology) Catholic theology, instruction on teaching the Catechism and the law of education (University of Cardinal Stefan Wyszyński in Warsaw); modern and alternative outlooks on education (Gdańsk University). He has taken part in international conferences helping to prepare an international Socrates conference in Palermo. He has written numerous publications and articles on Christian education, the system of values and contemporary changes in culture. He is now working on post-doctorate studies.
